Do you ever have those days where you just can't rally for your workout? When spending the whole day inside on your coach is the ONLY thing you can bring yourself to do? When being out of breath sounds like anything but fun? Well I have those days too and I challenge you that even on those days - you do SOMETHING! It just so happened that on one of those days, I up and chose to get my hour of sweat on with Defy Gravity Charlotte in the University Area and I was so glad I did!

Holy Fun Batman!

Not your average spot for a workout, this trampoline sports park offers trampoline fitness classes that anyone would enjoy. High intensity, low impact, great music and a workout that doesn't even feel like a workout, except the next day of course is what you'll find here. Classes vary by instructor and day but you'll leave with a full body workout and sweating in the best way. You won't be able to wear socks without grips so bring your own, buy some at the park or bounce the way nature intended au natural. Water is a must and there are short breaks during class to hydrate and wipe of the sweat. The workout incorporates moves found in traditional fitness as well as moves unique to trampolines. Offered 4 times a week it's definitely a Charlotte "must-try" and something to mix into your weekly routine.
