A Fitness Studio That Everyone In Charlotte Should Try

After moving from Chicago last June, Madabolic Inc. was my very first taste of Charlotte fitness. Not knowing anything about the fitness scene in Charlotte, I went with the studio that was closest to my condo and boy did I luck into a good one. It's hard to not be biased as I write about my first Charlotte studio addiction, but after just one session at MAD, I was hooked.

Incorporating interval training and circuits with a heavy bias towards building strength, Madabolic rotates their weekly schedule through workouts that are based in (M)momentum, (A)anaerobic, and (D)urabilty days. Each day is unique and the idea is to leave it all on the floor with a particular emphasis on quality and form. Whether MAD is your primary workout or your supplemental training, you'll find excellent instruction here to make you better and stronger than you were the day before.

With two Charlotte locations (Southend and Elizabeth), you'll find the same great trainers flipping between the locations delivering consistently awesome exercise classes. Although I would bet you're hooked after one class, I would highly recommend trying out a full week as their program cycles. Check out their programming and pricing at their website here: Madabolic Inc
