"I started attending 9Round about a year ago, and got hooked on it from the first try. I was a little hesitant to even walk in that first time, as kickboxing seemed to be above my capabilities, but after the first visit...I realized that anyone can do it at their own pace and ability. My favorite part about it is the fact that the workout is only 30 minutes, which means i can fit it into my busy schedule on any day. It's also convenient to be able to drop in at any time and not worry about exact class times, which sometimes are easy to miss and hard to make-up/reschedule.
