IM=X Pilates and Fitness - Strange Name, Serious Workout

If you're looking for some Pilates, check out this fun little spot in South Charlotte.
Strength training, lengthening, flexibility, core work and more, working on an reformer (and off) provides options for all levels and abilities. Today I sweat with IM=X Pilates and Fitness lead instructor Holly to experience their version of Pilates, reinvented, re-choreographed, and reconstructed. This is a great workout to try if you have any sports related injuries because the reformers will support your back as you focus on core workouts. Low impact movements is an absolute plus if you are a running or cross conditioning. Many people, myself included, have overlooked the amazing benefits of Pilates - even if this isn't you primary workout, it certainly should be something to mix in your routine.
While I only tried the reformer class, IM=X Pilates Charlotte offers cardio, tower (think TRX), barre and weights for total cross conditioning in one location.
