Make your own Shamrock shake, rattle and roll with an at-home Shamrock Smoothie recipe

Who doesn’t love shamrock shakes from McDonalds besides my boyfriend? Basically nobody. If you’re like me, you are very liable to get fat sipping 3 shamrock shakes per day until they are out of season. Well, thanks to our friend and contributor Samantha Eaton from www.healthyeaton.com I now have a healthy option for a shamrock “smoothie” as a healthy option to r̶e̶p̶l̶a̶c̶e̶ supplement my shake addiction.

You can try this at home with everyday good-for-you ingredients.

½ Cup of Coconut Milk ½ Cup of Unsweetened Milk ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1 Frozen Banana ¼ Avocado 1.5 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (or Honey) 1 Cup of Spinach 1 Drop of Edible Peppermint Essential Oil (Or Peppermint Extract) ¼ Cup Cacao Nibs 6 Ice Cubes

Simply add all the ingredients together and blend!
