These bowls are the easiest way to use up leftovers and make a hearty {yet light} meal in a flash.
This one-bowl show is our family favorite for an effortless lunch.
Let’s get creative!
THE ANATOMY OF A KITCHEN SINK BOWL:
Grains: Rice ~ Quinoa ~ Farro ~ Barley ~ {insert your favorite grain here}.
Protein: Do you have leftover Chicken from last night’s BBQ? Bingo, you’ve got your protein!
Veggies: Literally any Vegetables you have in your refrigerator’s bottom drawer will work.
Herbs: Creates complex flavors out of not-so-complex ingredients. Hello flavor-town.
Sauce: Hummus, Hot Sauce, Greek Yogurt to Sour Cream… pick your favorite Sauce and roll with it.
Extras: Nuts & Seeds ~ Raisins ~ Cheese ~ Beans ~ whatever your little heart desires.
