There is something to be said about working towards a goal. Many of you may have your fitness goals, weight goals, or just general life goals and drive as much as possible towards those. Setting goals has been a pretty benign thing for me. I want to be stronger, leaner, faster. Those were my goals. It wasn’t until recently that I discovered the satisfaction of truly sitting down and setting a target and saying “Here is something I want...I am going to work towards THIS”. It is THAT feeling of progress and accomplishment that makes the Cross Conditioning OCR Training workout so worth it.

Cross Conditioning OCR (Obstacle Course Race) Training with Jen Dufresne is a training program / group fitness class that is specifically built to get you ready to accomplish your goals of completing an obstacle course race such as Spartan Races or Tough Mudder. This is a 12 week training course that you can drop into at any time and start working towards a huge accomplishment of completing one of these amazing races.

From the moment you meet Jen, an elite Spartan Racer, you will feel confident you are in the right place. I’ve completed a few Tough Mudder’s before, but Jen’s Cross Conditioning Training is a bootcamp with variety and fun that has me wanting to complete all three lengths of Spartan races. I love all types of group fitness, but this experience was perhaps the first that made me feel like the Athlete that I once was.

My only advice to you is to just TRY it. If you ever thought about doing any obstacle course race - no matter how competitive you are. Just drop in for a class. You will be hooked. (WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE!!!)
