Royal Change - More Than Just A Charlotte Fitness BootCamp #SweatDate

When you hear bootcamp, you may have a picture of running around outside in the rain with drill sergeants yelling at you for not doing enough push ups or having incorrect form. When it comes to working out and getting your sweat on, if you’re like me, having people yell at you is probably pretty low on the list of desirables. You will be doing pushups, but Royal Change’s creator Sydney Cummings will be there guiding and helping you rather than pressuring you to push your limits.

Royal Change incorporates bootcamp, personal training, online fitness and nutrition into a well rounded program based in Charlotte NC. Today we attended Royal Change’s bootcamp workout at STAX in Southend.

Royal Change

Each week you can expect a new full body workout in a community environment. Recognizing that we all have our own abilities, Royal Change workouts are customizable and tailored to challenge all levels from novice to elite. The community created by Royal Change and the patrons is high energy without the intimidation factor. Focused on the team mentality, the workout is split into 3 sections; one is spent in small group, another breaks down to partner work while the last usually ends with the whole group doing the same exercise at their own individual pace. The goal is to meet new people, pack in a good sweat and push your comfort zones in one powerful 60 minute class.

If you are not into group workouts you can still check out the Royal Change workout program(s) for at home use or reach out and see if one on one personal training is more up your alley. Regardless of your starting point, Royal change is here to change your outlook on living and help you achieve a healthy lifestyle. Last but not least, Royal Change’s Royal Reset program offers a fresh start - a chance to get back on track to health and nutrition.
