Who Knew You Can Take Barre and Feel Like a Dancer? | Xtend Barre

Remember ballet class when you were 10? In those tights that were too tight and those leotards that went straight up your bum? Those days were short lived for me but l was taken back in my first 5 minutes of Extend Barre. Tendu, plie, grand battement jump started class and, as if in a time machine, rocketed me back to the days when I was even shorter with cheeks just as big as they are today. Except now I'm sporting my favorite lulu stretchy pants with zero distractions wedgies or wardrobe malfunctions.

So even if you are not, were not, or never want to be a dancer, don’t worry. Extend Barre is actually for everybody. Using dance moves mixed with a lot of cardio and traditional Barre, Xtend will rock you booty and body without the need for tutu’s and tights.
