We are super excited to announce a new addition to our Sweat and Sweets family. Well, many new additions to be technical. Meet our new contributors! As part of our plan to continue to share the Sweat and Sweets mission of finding the balance between the Sweat and the Sweet in your life we have partnered with some of Charlotte's best content creators to share their own perspectives.

So what does this mean?

This means finally, we will have some real food posts! No longer are you going to be limited to read about bagels and delivery pizza. Meet our new food contributors, foodies, dietitians, nutritionists and nutcases alike who will bring you their very own content to be shared here with Sweat and Sweets.

This means that you will get more perspective on Sweat Spots; no longer just from Grace's 5'2" vantage point.

We are not going to slow down - In fact, we are going to speed things up with some new exciting columns coming in 2017. I don't want to spoil all of the fun and surprise up front - so keep your eyes peeled for new content. Be sure to check out all of our contributors' blogs, websites, and social platforms. We don't pay these people - they do it out of love for what they do, so show them some love back!

If you want to contribute to our site or social media, or if you just want to be in some #sweatdate videos, just contact us! We would truly love to have you.
