Honoring the holiday season, Sweat and Sweets presents, The Twelve Days of Fitness!

Because Grace is a big wimp, there will be gaps, but the ultimate goal is to check out and share 12 new studios in Charlotte between now and Christmas for you to check out!

We also welcome you to join us! Join us and try new workouts at new venues at least twelve times between now and Christmas. Shake up your routine and get on the polar express after that thanksgiving turkey and pie food coma. Give your mind and body a new challenge and jumpstart your New Year with fitness goals for 2017.

With only 28 days left in 2016, Sweat and Sweets challenges you to push yourself, branch out, embrace the new, and step out of your comfort zone. Get comfortable being uncomfortable and give yourself a reason to laugh a little more. It will also help keep those extra holiday cookies in check. Treat yourself and stay tuned as we #SweatDate our way through Charlotte this month!
